  Every month, our franchisees nominate members of their cleaning staff for our Personal Touch Service Award to recognize outstanding performance and effort. We appreciate all of our cleaners and technicians; they truly are our most important asset and we couldn't deliver The Personal Touch without them!The winner of the April 2010 Personal Touch Service Award is Ann Marie Thomas of Lorain County, MTO. She was nominated by owners, John and Kristin Lydon. John and Kristin say this of Ann Marie, " Anne Marie, just a couple months into her new position as supervisor, has not only improved staff morale but customer feedback as well. She is a great communicator and always offers to fill in for those out sick. She even cleans Saturdays to keep from missing a job. She truly demonstrates the personal touch with how she represents herself and the Lorain County office." Congratulations to Ann Marie, John and Kristin!
