CLEVELAND, OH September 13, 2006 - MTOclean^® Inc., a residential and commercial cleaning franchise, is proud to announce its membership in VetFran, a program supported by the International Franchise Association (IFA) to provide veterans with access to business opportunities. Under this program, qualifying veterans will receive a discount on MTOclean’s already competitive initial franchise fees.

Jim’s wife is currently on active duty in the United States Navy, and his Franchise Manager, Juanita Winter, is a Navy veteran.
