Residential / Home Cleaning / Maid Service

Providing home cleaning services is basically a ‘no nights, no weekends, no holidays’ kind of business that’s extremely family-friendly. Most customers desire service Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm, and most request an every-other week recurring schedule. You will also have customers who want weekly, monthly or special one-time cleans. You can choose to perform the cleaning yourself, or to hire staff.

Commercial / Janitorial Services

The commercial cleaning sector includes office buildings, retail stores, car dealerships, gyms and more, which may require cleanings on evenings and weekends during ‘off hours.’ You are still sending out a team of cleaners to the client site, but may receive an occasional client or staff call if questions arise, especially when first starting to serve a new customer. Most commercial clients will need service multiple times during a week, and most are subject to long term agreements. The commercial sector also has a higher propensity to need additional services such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, window cleaning and power washing.
